New: Cub Scouts Skating and Hockey Program

Description of the program:
Potomac Hockey is pleased to offer a program to help area Cub Scouts and Webelos to earn scouting's Hockey and Roller Skating belt loop awards.  Scouts work directly with our rink skating instructors and hockey coaches in order to learn the basics of inline skating and the sport of hockey.  This 2-hour program takes place at our facility located in Chantilly, Virginia on a fully enclosed training rink.

Cost:
Flat Fee for 1-5 skaters - $75
Each additional skater - $5

Required Equipment:
Helmet – Bicycle/skating/skate boarding/lacrosse helmets are acceptable
Inline Skates - Potomac Inline Hockey has some inline skates available. Scouts are encouraged to bring their own skates
Hockey Sticks - Potomac Hockey has sticks available

Recommended Equipment: 
Elbow Pads - Bicycle/skating/skate boarding/lacrosse pads are acceptable
Knee Pads - Bicycle/skating/skate boarding/lacrosse pads are acceptable
Padded Gloves - even snow gloves are helpful
